Our quality of life is largely dependent on what we feed ourselves. This food includes the people in our lives, the activities we do or don’t do and of course what we consume. With the simple idea of being kind to your body, I invite you to include more delicious meals, endorphin-raising movement to get your cells singing with joy.
The things we say to ourselves, how we feel when we’re alone and how we feel when we’re around others all lead to how we show up in the world. When we’re not feeling supported and safe in ourselves, we will find ways (often destructive) to feel better externally. But when we practice being kinder to our minds, we find all we need without resorting to harmful behaviour.
