No matter where you are on your health journey, there is always more to discover. Let that sink in. If there is always more, there is no magical end health destination. I say this because, so often we choose what’s easy because we see going-healthy as a huge mountain to climb. Nothing could be further from the truth.

In fact, I believe that being more healthy is as simple as making one kinder, more conscious choice today. Kinder to your body and kinder to mind. That’s it. Simple right?

Whether you’re interested in going plant-based or striving towards a health goal, my aim is to facilitate your transition in a way that is easy, feels natural and leaves you filled with joy.

There is no ONE way to be healthy and you don’t have to change everything at once. While I’m vegan myself, I’m no vegan vigilante. My goal is not to convince you do take something on you’re not interested in. I’m here to facilitate a path for you to find a sense of comfort, love, and peace in your life.

The plant-based movement has grown dramatically in the last couple of years and its for good reason. It’s healthy to eat more plants.

So maybe you’re wondering, how do I get in on this? Maybe you want to go all the way and transition to Vegan diet, or maybe you’re just looking to make a few healthier choices.
